He was predeceased by: his mother Geraldine Goldy (Hay); his in-laws, Henry and Mary Jo Gizara; his sister Deb Lampman (Chuck); his sister-in-law Marilyn Goldy (Kiuber); and his nephew Zachary Dievendorf.
He is survived by: his friend Ray; his wife Joanna Goldy (Gizara); his children, Tina R. Goldy of Towson, MD and Chuck A. Goldy (AnnMarie Carnelli) of Danielson, CT; his grandchildren, Adelyn Q. (Addie), Oliver T. (Ollie), Vivianna Stroup (Vivi) of Towson, MD and Jettson J. Goldy (Jetty) of Danielson, Connecticut.; his brother Pat Goldy of Hilton, NY; his brother-in-law Keeno Lampman of Phoenix, NY; his siblings, Gerald "Cork" Goldy (Judy Battaglia) of Dunedin, FL and Coleen Rueb (Dan) of Tarpon Springs, FL.; his in-laws, Rose Proske (Hans), Paul Gizara (Lori), Lou Gizara (Lisa), Theresa Chrysler (Doug), Willie Gizara, Patti Aldi (Gary) and Lisa Becker (Tim); and the mother of his children Karen Corley (Francisco) of Plainfield, CT. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Riley Mortuary Inc. (110 Division St, Amsterdam, NY 12010). The military honors will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Military Honors St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
