He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alfred and Catherine Puglisi. He is survived by: his mother Donna Puglisi; his son Lakon; his brother James Puglisi (Paula); his uncle Joseph M. Puglisi; his nieces and nephews, Gemma Catherine, Claire Lucia and Issac Thomas; the mother of his child Marie Davey; his grandmother Beatrice Raponi; his stepbrothers, Todd and Curt Raponi; and his uncle Tom Raponi.
