He is survived by: his parents, Schuyler Holloway and Mary Lou Peretta Holloway; his stepmother Wilda Holloway; his wife Sandra Holloway; his daughters, Julia Holloway, Grace Holloway and Jessica Holloway; his brothers, Brian Holloway (Gina) and John Holloway (Fransje); his stepsisters, Andrea Haseltine and Rachel Francisco; and his pets, Maddie and Mia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family wishes donations be made in Chris's memory to the National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd St., New York, NY 10016.
