We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Debra I. Franklin of Amsterdam, New York, born in Plattsburgh, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Stephen Durgan and Ina Durgan (Riley); and her brother Bill Durgan. She is survived by : her husband Michael Franklin; her children, Jonathan Desrochers (Ed), Jason Desrochers, Jacob Barnes and Samantha Franklin (Ian); her siblings, Matt Durgan (Debbie), Kim Mallinger (Tony) and Steve Durgan; her sister-in-law Kathy Durgan; and her friend Hannah. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
