We are sad to announce that on August 2, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Francis P. Maphia of Amsterdam, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Maphia and Wilhelmina Maphia; and his son Nicholas Maphia Sr.. He is survived by: his significant other Linda Maphia; his children, Kristin Maphia-Lasky (Michael), Francis P. Mapia Jr. (Judith), Jennifer Mormile (Joshua), Maggie Napierski (Eugene), Marcie Russom (Casey) and Joseph Maphia; and his friend Joseph Abbattisti.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Stanislaus Church (50 Cornell St, Amsterdam, NY 12010). The inurnment will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM at the St. Stanislaus Cemetery.
