He was predeceased by : his parents, Eusebio DiBlasi and Carmella Ottati DiBlasi; his daughter Mildred "Milli" DiBlasi; and his sisters, Armida Kosinski and Jean Cervera.

He is survived by : his brother Angelo DiBlasi (Gilda) of Chatsworth, CA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
