He is survived by : his parents, Irwin Rodriguez (Loida) and Sandra Torres Rodriguez of Amsterdam; his wife Angel Childs Rodriguez; his son Jaiden Rodriguez; and his brothers, Alex Rodriguez (Alicia) of Amsterdam and Stephen Rodriguez (Alexis) of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and in-laws.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Amsterdam Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (525 Fort Hunter Rd, Amsterdam, NY 12010).
