He was predeceased by: his parents, John Testa and Elena Testa (Luciani); his brother David Testa; and his brother-in-law Michael Caprara. He is survived by: his wife Ann Testa (Capobianco); his son Michael Testa; his stepdaughter Emily Testa; his siblings, Mary Caprara and Paul Testa (Debbie); his mother-in-law Rachel Capobianco; and his sisters-in-law, MaryJo Depoalo (Martin) and Patricia Carola (Donald). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
