He was predeceased by : his sister Maria Giuseppina; his former life partner Ninetta; his sisters, Nunziatina and Emma; and his nieces, Genueffa, Sissinella, Nancy and Esta.

He is survived by : his brother Salvatore; his wife Anna; his children, Josephine Bailey (Steve), Esterina Adams (Tom) and Salvatore D'Aniello (Amanda); and his grandsons, Luigi, David and Antonio.
