She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hemstreet and Hazel Hemstreet (Kinnin); her husband John Bramer; her siblings, Harold Hemstreet, Dorothy Miller and Norma Belden; and her grandson Gary Paul Kietzmann, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Ray, Christine Salinas (Ramon), Amy Willbrant (Alan) and Thomas R. Scott (Linda); her grandchildren, John Ray (Sarah), Jessica Ray, Beth-Anne Sansig, Jonathan Scott (Kate), Graham Willbrant and Leah Willbrant; her great grandchildren, Quentin, Ella-Sophia, Deegan and Caliana; and her sister Shirley Davenpeck. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mildred's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
