He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tyler and Theresa Tyler (Belcher); and his son Patrick J. Tyler. He is survived by: his wife Linda A. Tyler (Tessitore); his children, Christoper Tyler (Michelle) of Amsterdam and Sean J. Tyler (Martha) of Amsterdam; his grandchildren, Jordan, Mya, Ava, Sophia, Paige, Dylan and Chase Tyler; and his siblings, Robert Tyler (Christine), Cynthia Fendsack (Bill), Thalia Velicky, Robert Tessitore (Linda), Joseph (Donna Tessitore) and Dan Thompson (Carol). He is also survived by Nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rose & Hughes Funeral Home (200 Church St, Amsterdam, NY 12010). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
