He was predeceased by : his father Walter Thomas; and his sister Shannon Anne Thomas. He is survived by : his mother Peggy Thomas (Going); his wife Nicole Cadwell; his children, Shane, Blaze Cadwell, Chad, Brody, Kade Thomas and Baylee Thomas; his aunt Cindy Demitraszek; and his uncle John Going (Ginni). He is also survived by friends; as well as a niece, nephew, and several cousins.
