He is survived by: his children, Emma Brownell of Matthews, N. C. and Liam Brownell of Prescot, AZ; his stepdaughter Casey Roosma of Matthews, N. C.; his parents, Bill Pepe of High Point, N. C. and Amy Brownell of Tribes Hill, NY.; his siblings, Joshua Brownell (Lindsey Gindoff), Mark Brownell (Heather Blaha), Melissa Zumbolo (Marco) of Gloversville, NY and Bethany Horton (Chase) of North Carolina; and his grandmother Marion Coasta of Fultonville, NY.. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers. Memorial contributions may be made to the Tribes Hill Volunteer Fire Department, PO Box 224, Tribes Hill, NY 12177.
