She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald B Van Tassel; her parents, Mary Jane Vosburgh Boice and Roy Boice, Sr.; and her siblings, Roy Boice, Jr., Arthur, Harold and Ruth.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Van Tassel, Stephen Van Tassel (Jean), Bruce VanTassel (Melissa), Katrina Van Tassel (Peter Haughie) and Sandra Chabot (Allan); and her nephew David (Jen).
