He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank C. Brower and Margaret Brower (Shaw) of Ancramdale; and his brother John E. Brower of Milan. He is survived by: his children, Seth Brower of Ingelwood and Rachel Rose of Shelbourne; his sister Sheila Jamieson (James) of Ancramdale; his nephew Carl Jamieson of Portland, OR; his sister-in-law Julia Brower; and his niece Katherine Brower (Shannon Coll) of Red Hook.
