As Kathryn departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Kathryn may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Kathryn leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherrill Sager and Olive Wise Sager; her daughter Debora Westbury; and her sisters, Sandra Gilbert and Gayle Hockenberry.
She is survived by: her husband John H. Gilbert; her children, Bruce Gilbert (Tammy) and Brenda Milligan (Guy) of Wellsville; and her sister Sherry Switzer of Oil City. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
