We announce the death of Charles E Stark of Angelica, New York, who passed away on September 20, 2026, at the age of 91. Charles will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Charles’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Stark and Susie Stark; his brother Robert LaRuche; and his niece Susan LaRuche. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Stark; his daughters, Heather Nickens (Clint) of Angelica, Pamela Onnen (Murray) of Florida and Paula Patrick of Perry, NY; and his grandson Hunter Nickens.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brown & Powers Funeral Home (101 West Ave, Angelica, NY 14709). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, friends are asked to make donations to the Hart Comfort House, 141 E State Street, Wellsville, NY 14895.
