He was predeceased by : his mother Diane Marie Shaw. He is survived by : his wife Karoline Greiner Maxwell; and his children, Angelica Lee Maxwell of North Carolina, Carrie Anne Maxwell of Belfast and Joshua Lee Maxwell of Cayuga County. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Brown & Powers Funeral Home (101 West Ave, Angelica, NY 14709). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
