She was predeceased by: her husband Walter L. Burnsworth; and her siblings, Dennis Bley, Richard Bley and Regina Musialowski. She is survived by: her children, Robin Diana, Earl Ball, Kelly Ball (Mark Pcionek), Traci Smardz (Tommy) and Brett Burnsworth (Alexis); her grandchildren, Marissa Diana, Mary-Claire Ball, Matthew Smardz, Ryan Diana, Andrew Ball, Emilee Smardz, Chase Pcionek, Liza Pcionek and Grayson Burnsworth; and her sister Marilyn Warmington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Carol's memory to Hospice & Palliative Care of Buffalo.
