She was predeceased by: her husband Adam Nowak; and her parents, Edward Hummel and Mary Hummel. She is survived by: her sons, Brian Nowak (Snowy) and Christopher Nowak; and her siblings, Raymond Sutphin (Lisa), Jean St (James) and Paul Hummel (Christina). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
