He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Shoemaker (late William), Michael Forczek (Lisa) and Nancy Mason (Jeff); his grandchildren, Mitchell, Carly and Kelsey; and his close friend Rose Smakowski. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Flowers declined, if so desired donations may be made to Most Precious Blood Church, Hospice Buffalo or Evans Center Vol.
