He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Nowak and Lucille Nowak; and his brother Bud Nowak (Betty). He is survived by: his wife Mary Nowak (O'Meara); his children, Kellie Nowak and Joseph Nowak; his siblings, Ginnie Rummell, Chris Roland, Marcie Nowak and Sandy Martek (John); and his brother-in-law William O'Meara (Karen). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation in honor of Joe's respect for First Responders and Military Service Members.
