She was predeceased by: her husband Donald C. Penvose; her daughter Melissa; her father Andrew S. Lezark; and her siblings, Irene Jewitt and Steve A. Lezark.
She is survived by: her children, Steven, Stephen and Jessie Lezark; her godchildren, Renee, Christine, Roni and Brad; her mother Helen E. Lezark (Wido); and her close friend Tulla. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Paul II Church (2052 Lakeview Rd, Lake View, NY 14085).
