He is survived by: his children, Vickie Isenhart, Kevin Scott Small, Robert Lee III Small (Denise) and Tracy Small; his sister Carol Durham; his grandchildren, Heidi Casillas, Jamie Small, Joshua Casillas, Amber Wilkie (Joe), Marlaina Olney and Robert Lee Small IV; and his great grandchildren, Mateo Chapman, Tristan Strang, Dominic Olney, Ryan DiMarie, Sophia, Jackson and Theodore Wilkie.
