She was predeceased by: her parents, James Annaccone and Marguerite Annaccone (Depew); and her brothers, Donald Cook and Warren Annaccone. She is survived by: her husband Michael P. Smith; her children, Lisa Smith (Matthew), Paula Eastman (Todd) and Kelly Smith; her grandchildren, Logan (Sarah), Austin, Cameron, Allison Smith, Kyle and Collin Eastman; her great grandchildren, Penelope, Noah, Charolette and Avery Smith; and her siblings, Clara Spinelli (Dennis) and James Annaccone (Nancy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Addison Funeral Home Inc. (262 N Main St, Angola, NY 14006).
