She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Jenks and Dorothy Jenks; and her siblings, Alice Brigham (Lowell), Doris Regan (Bud) and Daniel Jenks.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Ellis; her children, Kim Maher, Kerry (Mary) and Thomas Jr.; her grandchildren, Dylan, Mackenzie (Jay Clark), Madison, Hunter, Diana and Brandon; and her great grandchild Chloe (Bryce).
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home (6519 NY-434, Apalachin, NY 13732). A memorial service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Barbara's memory to the Apalachin Fire Department.
