Janice Louise Heeter Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Janice Louise Heeter of Apalachin, New York. Janice, born on December 26, 1933, passed away on October 21, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Genevieve Babcock and Emery Babcock; her siblings, Emery Jr., Thomas and Barbara O'Dell; and her son Mark Heeter.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Heeter (Bob); her sister Mary Lowe (Roger); her sister-in-law Shirley Metera (Bob); her children, Rick Barton (Tina), John D. Heeter, Susan Heeter (David) and Luann Conroy (Gary); her grandchildren, Joshua Barton (Carla), Jessica Barton (Greg), Selina Downey, Heidi Conroy and J. R. Heeter (Julie); and her great grandchildren, Dylan Harris, Gabrielle Farano, Chloe Garrett and J. J. Heeter. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Riverside Cemetery (2979 Marshland Rd, Apalachin, NY 13732).
