With sadness, we share the passing of Joan T. Steenburg of Apalachin, New York. Joan, born on January 29, 1943, passed away on July 27, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Steenburg; her grandson Jodee Steenburg; and her parents, Richard Smith and Janet Smith. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Conley of Lewiston, Holli Myers of Endicott and Jason Steenburg of Endicott; her brothers, Bruce Smith and Jeffrey Smith (Frances) of Boca Raton, Florida; and her grandchildren, Eliza Conley-Lepene of Saco, Kristopher Conley (Isabella) of Lewiston, Matthew Steenburg of Endicott, Ericka Peabody of Binghamton, Alexandria Steenburg of Port Crane, Carter Lamonica of Vestal and Kiera Steenburg of Vestal. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the Union Presbyterian Church in Endicott or to the Shriners Children Hospital, 516 Carew St, Springfield, MA 01104.
