It is with sadness that the passing of Kay Marie Hess of Apalachin, New York is shared. Kay, born on July 1, 1955 in Little Meadows, Pennsylvania, passed away on September 5, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Hess; her parents, Andrew King and Lauretta King; and her sister Jenny Lee Fahringer. She is survived by: her siblings, Paul J. King of Little Meadows, PA, Billie Rose Duffeck of Little Meadows, PA and Dave (Gail King) of Little Meadows, PA; her siblings-in-law, Charles "Dudley" Fahringer of Little Meadows, PA, Sally Yabonsky and Judy Woodward; and her friends, Lynn, Kelly and Joyce. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:45 PM at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home (15 Park St, Owego, NY 13827). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
