He is survived by: his wife Suzan; his children, Phillip (Margaret), Curt (Brooke), Suzan (William), James (Karen) and Eric (Deborah); his grandchildren, Jessica (Kevin), Allyson (Julian), Andrew (Adrianna), Kevin (Amanda), Thomas (Kimberly), Joel, Bethany (Jeffrey), Megan (Brianna), Amy and Erica (Emanuel); and his great grandchildren, Annie, Charlotte, Lucy, August, Sydney, Quinn, Liam, Bennett, Chloe, Cecilia, Leo and Giovanni.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Phillip's memory to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or the Diabetes Foundation.
