He was predeceased by: his sisters, Luanne and Dorothy; and his wife Mary. He is survived by: his siblings, Alta Neville (Phil), John Warwick (Laura) and David Warwick; his children, Nicole Nealy (Donnell), Butch Birmingham (Amy) and Thomas Smallcomb III; and his grandchildren, Desiree (Brentyn), Liam and Ylaena. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
