He was predeceased by : his parents, William J. Holdsworth and Norma J. Holdsworth (Clark); his sister Elizabeth McKinley; and his niece Lauren Miller. He is survived by : his wife Marcia L. Holdsworth (Williams); his sons, Clark T. Holdsworth (Khanh Nguyen) and Neil W. Holdsworth; his sister Marsha; his brothers-in-law, Michael Miller and David McKinley; his niece Lindsey (Christopher Ciesla); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lauren and Logan. He is also survived by extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Church (801 Main St, Vestal, NY 13850). A Mass was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Wilmot Cancer Center of Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY, the Binghamton General Palliative Care Unit or a cause of your choice.
