David left this world on December 10, 2025 at the age of 91, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cary Owens and Alice Owens (Taylor); and his daughter Patricia Haniford (Owens). He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Owens (Coloross); his daughter Pamela Eigenbrod (Doug) of Arcade; his grandchildren, Kyle Eigenbrod (Alexandria Lamarre) of Buffalo and Katelyn Eigenbrod (Christopher Chojnacki) of Buffalo; his son-in-law Mark Haniford of Arcade; and his sister-in-law Judy Trauscht of Attica. He is also survived by two nephews and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
