She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gasper and Thelma Gasper (Kenyon); her husband Ralph L. Howard; her daughter Jeni Howard; and her siblings, Richard "Dick" Gasper (Beulah) and Tarry Hartwell.
She is survived by: her sons, John Howard (Gail) of Irondequoit, James "Jim" Howard (late Joyce) of Arcade, Randy Howard (Sharon) of Greece and Danny Howard (Bonnie) of Delevan; her siblings, Beverly Smith (Donn) of Chaffee and Horace "Red" Gasper (late Melanie) of Chaffee; her sister-in-law Phyllis Howard (late Dave) of Ischua; and her grandchildren, Joe, Tom, Katie, Amanda, Heather, Scott, Eric, Kevin, Tadd and Jenna. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
