She was predeceased by: her adoptive father Harry Chapin; and her father James Cashmore. She is survived by: her sons, Evan and Cody Miller; her mother Sandy Chapin; her siblings, Jono Chapin, Jason Chapin (Chrissy), Josh Chapin and Jen Chapin (Stephan Crump); her uncle Robert Gaston; and her cousins, Scott (Gift), Brett (Tiffany), Todd (Sarah) and Kurt (Nicole). She is also survived by many other uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other beloved relatives.
The family would prefer memorial contributions to the Long Island Cares (https://www.licares.org) or to WhyHunger or to the Harry Chapin Foundation.
