He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Collins and Lela Collins (Fowler). He is survived by: his wife Robbie Collins; his children, Garth Collins (Heather Meade) and Cameron Collins; his grandchildren, Maddalynn Meade-Collins and Carson Collins; his sister Diane Ellmers; his close friends, Dana Parrish and Chet Sanders; and his pet Cruz.
