She was predeceased by: her significant other Leonard Roscoe Ely; her parents, Lester Pelletier and Evelyn Pelletier (Wells); and her siblings, David Pelletier (Jane), Henry Pelletier and Yvonne Monroe (Ruben).
She is survived by: her children, Joseph L. Ely (Dasie), Cynthia A. Filliatreault (Paul) and Christina E. Milliman (Brian); and her sister Mary Eddy (Mike). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the M. B. Kilmer Funeral Home- Argyle (123 Main St, Argyle, NY 12809). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Prospect Hill Cemetery - Argyle (41 County Rte 47, Argyle, NY 12809).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Florence's honor to the West Hebron United Presbyterian Church, reflecting her lifelong commitment to faith, community, and nurturing others.
