He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Osborne, and Pauline Osborne, Sr. (Hurlburt); his siblings, William Osborne, Hollis V. Chase and Helen White; and his son-in-law Norman Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Titus; his children, Darrell Osborne (Tracy) and Sherrey Kelley; and his grandchildren, Nicole Fish, Teena Osborne, Heather Osborne-Leahy, Bethany McCotter, Erin Bowen and Shawn Kelley. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
