Jean Hoskins-Smith Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2025, at the age of 85, Jean Hoskins-Smith (Argyle, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jean leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chauncey Bain and Helen Bain (Deyoe); her former husband Earl J. Hoskins; her husband Judson L. Smith; and her sister Marjorie Smith (Bain).
She is survived by: her siblings, Kenneth Bain of Fort Edward and Phyllis Fuss of Brandon, Vermont; her aunt Louise Rice; and her uncle Orla Bain of Greenwich. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
