She was predeceased by: her parents, Addie M Hayner (Anthony) and Millard A. Hayner; her husband Norm Madsen; her sister Irene A Boynton; her brother-in-law Arthur Boynton; her brother Harvey Hayner; and her sister-in-law Carol.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Madsen; her daughter-in-law Dola; and her granddaughter Lydia Falk (Justin). She is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
