She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Tartaglia and Loretta Tartaglia (McCaffrey); and her siblings, Thomas Tartaglia and Marilyn Dawson. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Carl" Richter; her children, James McKee, Kenneth Brousseau and Michelle McKee; her stepchildren, Charles Richter and Peggy Sweet; and her siblings, Barbara Papalaskaris, Walter Tartaglia and Bill Tartaglia. She is also survived by several grandchildren, one great grandchild along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
