With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles L. Bill of Arkport, New York, who passed away on January 22, 2026 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bill and Jennie Bill (Wheaton). He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Snowden); his children, Deborah Drozdziel (Paul) of Avon, NY, Jeffrey Cooper (Cassandra) of Arkport, Kristine Bill (Scot Lance) of Middlebury Center, PA and Thomas Bill (Joannah) of Arkport; his grandchildren, Brittany, Brenton, Stephanie, Jackson, Marrisa, Mason, Sophie, Kendall and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Arabella, Cassius, Elliana and Cyrus; and his pet Lena. He is also survived by two other daughters, one son and several grandchildren.
