With sadness, we share the passing of Charles V. Hagan of Arkport, New York. Charles, born on October 28, 1938, passed away on July 14, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hagan and Arline Hagan (Deal); his wife Faith Palmer; and his siblings, William Hagan, Mary Evans, Geraldine Watson and Sue Goho.
He is survived by: his children, Dawn Rader (Wayne) of Arkport and Kevin Hagan (Pamela) of Overland Park, Kansas; his grandchildren, Desiree Weldy (Burton), Danielle Royce, Zechariah Rader (Emily), Ella Hagan and Riley Hagan; his great grandchildren, Cierra Bosley, Karissa Royce, Dakota Every, Katarina Weldy, Hannah Weldy, Hailey Weldy, Carter Weldy, Andrew Rader, Jade Rader and Vaeda Houk; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Tallman-Lyman, Sherman Sanford and Howard Perrine. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
