She is survived by: her children, James McNulty (Patricia) of Canisteo, Nancy McNulty-Kehl (Jeff) of Wellsville, Michael Smith (Danielle) of Arkport, Mary Class (Charles) of Hornell, Gloria Smith (Jason) of Newark, Jon Smith (Corrine) of Hornell and Patrick Smith (Stacy) of Maryland; and her brothers, Surrogate Dibble and Richard O'Hara. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
