He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Zanotti and Anna Zanotti; and his siblings, Louise Genova, Joseph and Monsignor Charles Zanotti.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn B. Zanotti (Kline); and his children, Ann Marie (Hamlet), Theresa Mary (Adams) and Frank Anthony Zanotti. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
