Simmons of Ashland, New York, born in Kingston, New York, who passed away on September 26, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Clifford Irvin Winchell; her parents, Irvin Winchell and Gertrude Winchell; her husband Herbert Simmons; and her daughter Vanessa O'Keefe.
She is survived by: her close friends, Clifford (Laura Bryan) of Windham, Alicja of Ohio, Bonnie of Ashland and Heather (Frank) of Prattsville; and her grandchildren, Veronica, Kyle, Jessica, Seth and Matthew.
