He was predeceased by: his parents, Case A. Foster Jr. and Ruth Hess Foster; and his wife Mary Ruhlman Foster. He is survived by: his children, Paulson S Foster (Maggie), David Foster (Valerie) and Marjorie A Wright (Jim); and his grandchildren, Jaime L Nelson (Peter), Jenna C Bell (Sean) and Stephen C Foster (Hannah). He is also survived by two step grandchildren, six great grandchildren and five step great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Freay Funeral Home (139 S Erie St, Mayville, NY 14757). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Magnolia Cemetery.
