He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Edeburn Winger and Samuel W. Winger. He is survived by: his wife Gretchen Coryea Winger; his daughter Kari Degnan (PJ); his grandchildren, Logan, Mason Degnan and Halie Krueger (Eric); and his siblings, Ronda Lapp, Sharen Brown, Dick and Todd Wilson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
