He is survived by: his children, Daniel Omar Bernal of Parlin and Karina Manfredi (John) of Old Bridge; his grandchildren, Enrique Bernal, Emily Ciaccio (Mike), Stephanie Bernal, Andrew Manfredi (Gabrielle), Matthew Manfredi and Isabella Manfredi; and his great grandchildren, E. Isaiah Bernal, Leila Bernal, Mila Avery Ciaccio and Emma Raquel Ciaccio.
