Timothy O'Leary Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Timothy O'Leary of Athens, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 6, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar O'Leary and Dorothy Scarborough O'Leary; his brother Tom O'Leary; and his siblings-in-law, Maureen Corrigan and David Ruth.
He is survived by: his wife Janine O'Leary; his children, Shannon Gonzalez (Edgar) of Houston, TX, Carrie Radliff (Jared) of Waco, TX, Jason O'Leary (Drenda) of Whitney, TX and Sarah O'Leary of Athens; his sister Mollie O'Leary of Waco, TX; and his brothers-in-law, Tom Ruth, Stephen Ruth (Janet) and Brendan Corrigan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Millspaugh Camerato Funeral Home (139 Jefferson Heights, Catskill, NY 12414). A procession was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Church (19 N Franklin St, Athens, NY 12015). A burial was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Athens Rural Cemetery (16 N Church St, Athens, NY 12015).
